The Community Caregivers’ Story
With years of experience in community based nursing, Lisa Smith developed an organization that provided the elderly and disabled with a safe and economical alternative to institutional care. The Hartville, Ohio agency opened its doors in 1998 and has grown to 100 employees with an average of 9500 hours of client service per month.

Through years of experience our service delivery model has been perfected. We have implemented training an certification programs for our direct care staff that are unparalleled in our industry. We pride ourselves on serving the elderly and disabled with the skill of a professional and the compassion of a family member.

Our decision to franchise in 2001 enabled us to expand our vision of “families taking care of families” by growing one community at a time.
